Fort Wayne Sister Cities to Host “A Sister Cities Holiday Experience” at Parkview Field
FORT WAYNE, Ind. — Fort Wayne Sister Cities International invites the community to celebrate the season through cultures and traditions from around the world during A Sister Cities Holiday Experience on Thursday, November 12th, 2026, from 6:00–9:00 p.m. at the Lincoln Financial Event Center at Parkview Field.
The special holiday event will highlight the unique fall and winter celebrations of Fort Wayne’s Sister Cities in Myanmar, Japan, Poland and Germany, giving guests an opportunity to experience holiday traditions from each culture without leaving Fort Wayne.
Throughout the evening, guests can enjoy live cultural demonstrations, authentic seasonal foods and beverages, and festive displays inspired by the traditions of each Sister City. Attendees will also learn about the history and customs behind the celebrations and the cultures that have shaped them.
Following the cultural experience, guests can continue the evening by enjoying more than 1.5 million holiday lights throughout Parkview Field, bringing together international traditions and a favorite local seasonal experience.
For guests ages 21 and older, the evening will also feature a Drink Around the World experience featuring beverages inspired by Fort Wayne’s international partnerships.
“The holidays are such a meaningful way to experience another culture, and this event gives our community an opportunity to celebrate the traditions of each of our Sister Cities right here in Fort Wayne,” said Melissa Rinehart, Board President of Fort Wayne Sister Cities International. “We hope families and friends will join us for an evening of culture, connection and holiday celebration.”
Tickets are $65 for adults and children ages 12 and older, $20 for children ages 3–12, and free for children ages 2 and younger.
A Sister Cities Holiday Experience will take place from 6:00–9:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 12th, at the Lincoln Financial Event Center at Parkview Field.
