The Chapman Committee is an important part of Fort Wayne Sister Cities International. Howard and Betsy Chapman’s donations to this organization has supported many students in the past, and will continue to support students in the future, travel the world with FWSCI.

FWSCI invites high school students to apply to the exchange program. Students from Allen County can travel to Gera, Germany, Plock, Poland, Takaoka, Japan, and Taizhaou, China. Fort Wayne High Schools located in Allen County can be chosen as a Host School to welcome visiting students from the Sister Cities listed.

Our next exchange programs will travel to Gera, Germany and Plock, Poland during June and July of 2020. The student application process is open through the postmark deadline of October 18, 2019. Please see the materials below:
